Detox, meditate, have high integrity around food intake, have fun, enjoy community, pleasure and sexuality. Then intuition and responsiveness to life will show up, instead of auto-pilot and reaction. It’s not reasonable to think we don’t have to take care of this organism and then expect high performance.
